MAJOR UPSET LAUNCHES OUDIN INTO THIRD ROUND

Melanie Oudin defeated Elena Dementieva for a dramatic 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 win Thursday in the second round of the US Open. Looking fierce and at times dominant, Oudin upset Dementieva to advance to the third round.
