CARDINALS GOING ALL OUT FOR SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP

he Arizona Cardinals released linebacker Ali Highsmith and fullback Brandon Renkart on Tuesday and signed safety Hamza Abdullah and tackle Cliff Louis. Highsmith had 13 tackles in 14 games this season, while Renkart has been on Arizona's practice squad all year. After defeating the Detroit Lions on Sunday and improving to 9-5, the first place Cards are just three games away from returning to the playoffs, and perhaps the Super Bowl for the second consecutive season. They are already 2009 NFC champions.
