~STORY OF THE WEEK~
WITH EVERYONE WAITING TO SEE WHATS NEXT, TIGER WOODS BIGGEST STORY IN THE COUNTRY
The seemingly constant and ever-progressing Tiger Woods scandal has gripped the nation. The story seems so vast, that each media outlet is covering things from a different angle. The New York Times ran an article today discussing the heavy traffic to Tiger Wood's website, while the New York Daily News, across town, ran an article about text messages sent between him and other woman. The story has become the talk of the town, the #1 most searched item of the week on everything from USA Today to Google. It is the top searched story on media outlets from the New York Times to FOX News to the Detroit Free-Press. It has received more air-time on MSNBC this week than the War in Afghanistan. The president of the United States has been questioned about it more than twice, and over 14,000 talk shows have discussed it. The everpopular daytime women's talk show 'The View', which delves into political, moral and local topics from around the world, spent the entirety of two episodes on the subject, and meanwhile all of Tiger Wood's sponsors have heard the noise and pulled out. "This could be the last-minute story of the year" said Wendy Williams today.
